  1. Where are the items shipped from?
    From Hong Kong🇭🇰
     
  2. How will the package be shipped?

    We provide International Shipping. 
    Ensuring that you can receive your squishy package quickly, orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days.

    -> International orders are shipped by HKPost (Speedpost/ e-Express Service/ Air Registered Mail/ Air Parcel/ Surface Registered Mail or Vantage).
    -> Package to HK, Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China, SF express also available.
  3. How much does it cost to ship?

  4. How long would it take for my order to be processed?
    Orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days. (Except for pre-orders or shortages in stock)  Once payment has been received, orders will be shipped. 

    Orders will be automatically canceled after 2 days if payment has not been made, and the items in your cart will be lost.
     
  5. How long does it take to receive my package?
    It’s case by case though, normally it takes 1-31 business days.
     
  6. Is there any custom tax required? 
    Custom tax are the customer’s responsibility.  Customers from overseas should pay particular attention to your own local 'tax and custom' regulations before placing an order.

    Leggotit.market are no longer pay the tax and custom fee for the customers. If the customer refuses to pay the customs fees and returns the package, no refund will be given.
     
  7. I would like to return an item.
    All sales are final, therefore we do not accept any returns. However, if there is any special and reasonable reasons, please contact us and we will arrange the products being delivered again.
