Each package is carefully handled by our team, and we make sure it reaches you fast and easy.
We provide International Shipping.
Ensuring that you can receive your squishy package quickly, orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
International orders are shipped by HKPost (Speedpost/ e-Express Service/ Air Registered Mail/ Air Parcel/ Surface Registered Mail or Vantage).
Package to Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China, SF express also available.
Package to Hong Kong can refer to Chinese ver.
Other expresses may be used, such as DHL, since some countries may not be served by HKPost or SF Express. We will inform you before we ship the package.
Processing Your Order
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we start processing orders daily. If your order is received on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll process your order the very next business day. This ensures your order will be shipped to you in the quickest possible time.
Packing Your Order
We treat every order with as much care as possible. Each item will always come in their original packaging and inspected before packed. We then place it inside a shipping bag with bubble wrap, or shipping box to ensure we minimise the movement. We want to try our best to get your package in the best condition possible even when the couriers are rough with the packages.
Tracking your Order
All orders will receive a confirmation email with details to track your order. You’ll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking to be updated.

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel or change your order, please email us ASAP at legotitmarket@gmail.com（with Title "Order Cancellation"）. Please provide us with your name, order number, and a screenshot of Confirmation email.
*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services need to be extended or order cut-off times need to be amended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
